I'm serious about losing weight about 2 1/2 months of work and a lot of people have asked me what I do so to be successful. I answer, "The 3 W to lose weight!" Of course, they don't know what the 3 W weight loss so that I quickly tell you, "Walking, water and Weight Watchers." I know this is not a formula that will work for everyone, but it definitely works for me! Water is an essential liquid needed for everyone, walking is an excellent form of exercise and Weight Watchers is a world famous weight loss organization that has helped millions of people lose weight and keep it off for good.
Hiking:
Hiking is a feel good calorie burning exercises that most of us have done for the most part of our lives. Than a few good walking shoes and comfortable clothing, it doesn't require any other equipment, so the price it right! But the most impressive thing about hiking offers health benefits.Walking is easy on the joints and really relieves back pain in some people. it has the ability to lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, the risk of diabetes and heart disease, to build muscle and strengthening of the bones, and, of course, it leads to weight loss!Try to walk at least 10,000 steps per day!
So far, I have 24 1/2 pound lost, but apart from the weight loss of it, walking day can I mentally relax and I think it is my stress levels. the funny thing is that the more I run, how my body and mind seems to crave the. Walking is a very healthy habit has become for me
Water:

A few months ago, I stop drinking soda and replaced it with water.I can already a difference in my skin feel and, of course, the help with my weight loss efforts because it is full of me and I am less likely to overeat.Daily drinking water is definitely a habit and I feel much better because of it!8 oz. Drink 8 glasses of water per day to make your weight loss efforts!

The leader of my Weight Watchers is fantastic and I look forward to my meeting a week go. She is a great role model, who lost 45 pounds itself, but is the natural ability to the best in each and every one of us who faithfully attend its meetings. arms itself with scientifically based research, its own weight loss story, motivational quotes, training advice and recipes; all they in a warm sense of humor packed to provide us with the tools we need for the next week.
